What to do if there is a fire emergency

Before buying a house or building for office, make sure if it is fireproof and there are sufficient precautions taken while constructing that place. For example, if there are emergency exits on all floors, also if there is Fireproofing Spray that has been used and the wires and the cables are also fire proof.
If there is a fire anywhere, there are certain things to be taken care of always. First of all you should not panic because panicking might just make the situation get worse and cause more problem. If there is a fire, make sure everybody around gets together and get out of that place. Do not stay back to save all your stuff because nothing is more important than your life. Just take the most important and valuables belongings and leave the place. If there are smoke and fire above crawl and go instead of standing there and screaming.
While leaving only open the doors that are needed do not open any unnecessary doors as it will just increase the fire. Do not stand and investigate the fire escape should be the only mission. One thing that you should be sure of is when you are trying to open the door to check the door from the back of your hand. And if it is warm, do not even try to open it as there might be a fire on the other side of the door. And at any point don't lose anybody from the group just scream and tell them to stay together.
Also, while escaping there is a problem, and you get stuck. Close the doors and block them with clothes and sheets if possible so that the fire doesn't enter your area from the cracks. And if your clothes catch fire just lie on the floor and start rolling so that the fire on your clothes goes off.
The second thing that needs to be done is there should be call that should be made to the helpline. What helps in this time is if your building has Fireproofing Spray that has been used during construction as it gives you a little more time to escape as the fire won't spread.
Also, if there is no way to go out, and you live in 1st or the second story of the building  try going down by using a ladder or any other form which would help you to exit. It is important to do a head count  once you are out of that place to ensure that everybody is out. And if by chance anybody is not out, do not enter the building again until and unless it's not safe. And as soon as the help comes see to it that if there are people who are facing any injury get treated as soon as possible and there are no delays in that.

And after everything clear make sure for the next time there are always easy and safe exits and also that there are precautions that have been taken.
